Self-Assessment

The literature review was the beginning of a sequence of very challenging writing assignments. This assignment was extremely challenging, as not only did it require relying on others to do their part but also many different sources that were peer-reviewed and not found on just any online website. Some learning objectives, like objectives two, seven, and eight were able to be accomplished, with time and dedication. However, it can’t be said the same for objective four. I was very wary of working with others since I didn’t know how well they worked. It was also exhausting when setting deadlines within the group. But it also had its benefits since at the beginning of this assignment I wasn’t sure what to write about but my members suggested writing about the effects of nutrition. They also did do their part even if it was later than the deadline assigned within the group. This assignment taught me that working with others has its positives and negatives.
